Matthew is a decorated law enforcement professional, U.S. Army veteran, and the Chief Financial Officer of Four Pillars Consulting Firm.

With more than a decade of service in both law enforcement and the military, Matthew brings a mission-driven approach to leadership, fiscal responsibility, and organizational growth. His reputation for integrity, discipline, and operational excellence has earned him respect across both military and public safety ranks.

Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Oklahoma. His expertise in finance and operations ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment between every resource and the firm’s mission to educate, equip, and empower communities.
