With over 13 years of state law enforcement experience and advanced CLEET certification, Mystal is known for her precision, integrity, and calm command presence. Her ability to lead through complexity and inspire accountability has earned her respect across ranks and recognition on a national level. She has built a distinguished career defined by competence, character, and consistency.

Mystal holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Nazarene University. Her academic and operational experience fuel her commitment to developing leaders and building resilient systems that protect what matters most — people, purpose, and trust.
