    Billed monthly. No long-term commitment required.

  • $2400.00 / month

    Full-service monthly retainer. We lead and execute all grant-related work and keep everything moving on schedule. The Partnership Plan includes:

    • Full support throughout the grant-seeking process

    • Coordination, reporting, and document management

    • Hours may roll over for up to 90 days to support workflow flexibility

    • $68.00 / hour over 40 hours

  • $1,300.00 / month

    Steady monthly support to keep grant work moving consistently. The Working Package includes:

    • Full support throughout the grant-seeking process

    • Coordination, reporting, and document management

    • Hours may roll over for up to 90 days to support workflow flexibility

    • $70.00 / hour over 20 hours

  • $700 / month

    Light, structured monthly support to move priority work forward. The Starter Plan includes:

    • Full support throughout the grant-seeking process

    • Coordination, reporting, and document management

    • Hours may roll over for up to 90 days to support workflow flexibility

    • $72.00 / hour over 10 hours

  • $12,000 / year (flat rate)

    Designed for organizations focused on strategic, long-term funding development. The growth program includes:

    • Full support throughout the grant-seeking process

    • Coordination, reporting, and document management

    • Comprehensive grant readiness review

    • Annual grant calendar + funding strategy

    • Up to four professionally written and submitted grant proposals

    • Quarterly check-in meetings to evaluate progress and alignment

    • Additional grant proposals: $1,200.00

    Billed annually. Service agreement required. Terms apply.

  • Grant Complexity Adjustment

    For federal, equipment-heavy, multi-agency, or data-intensive grants requiring substantial narrative, documentation, or compliance work:

    Rates may increase up to 1.5x (agreed upon prior to start.)
