Tony is a U.S. Army veteran, former state law enforcement officer, and Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Four Pillars Consulting Firm Limited.

With distinguished service in both military and law enforcement, Tony brings operational precision, mentorship, and mission discipline to every initiative. His leadership is defined by calm authority, decisiveness under pressure, and a deep commitment to service.

Tony began his military career as an Honor Graduate of the U.S. Army Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia, later completing Air Assault, Airborne, and Special Operations Warrior Leader courses. Selected for Army Special Forces in 2013, his career was cut short by injury, but his dedication to service continued. After earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, he joined the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, earning the Academic Award for the 65th OHP Academy.

Now medically retired from public service, Tony leads operations at Four Pillars with the same precision and resolve that defined his time in uniform. His experience in high-stakes environments drives his commitment to building resilient teams, securing organizations, and leading with clarity under pressure.
